Chris Godden FCA
Chris is the founder and Director of Blenheim. He heads up the business and provides the Virtual FD service. He is experienced in working with family and owner-managed business and has direct experience of managing finance in a corporate setting as well as a wealth of practice based knowledge. In addition to general corporate and personal tax experience, Chris also works jointly with clients and their financial advisers to ensure that business and personal tax affairs are planned as efficiently as possible.
My role is to ensure that while your business remains compliant, through the work of my team, that you achieve all that you aspire to. I differentiate myself from others in similar positions by working with clients to plan and monitor the performance of their businesses and looking to ensure that they always have a plan, be that for continuing in the business, sale or retirement.
Anne Vaughan-Williams BSc FCA
Anne works alongside Chris as Senior Client Manager where she draws upon both depth and breadth of experience to provide support in preparing annual financial statements and regular management accounts to many of our clients. Her broad experience in all aspects of corporate and personal tax provides a rich resource and a safe pair of hands for our client’s tax affairs.
Jess is a part-qualified accountant who is currently studying for her ACCA qualification. She has trained in different roles including bookkeeping, payroll, auto-enrolment, CIS, financial statements and various foreign VAT tasks. She is currently focusing on preparing financial statements and management accounts.
Gill is an experienced bookkeeper and has worked in many types of business in project management and finance roles. She has extensive knowledge of Sage software which means that supplier processing, client invoicing, VAT returns and payroll processing is delivered accurately and efficiently.
Sarah has over 20 years bookkeeping experience, part in industry and part in practice, mainly using Sage software products. She has extensive experience in all bookkeeping aspects including bank reconciliation, foreign trading and VAT return preparation. Sarah also has tax experience and has been involved in the preparation of personal tax returns since 2011.
Emma is an experienced Payroll Manager and has worked with businesses in many different sectors. She can deal with statutory payments including maternity, sick and paternity, PAYE, NIC and will liaise directly with HMRC as part of our service. She also has extensive knowledge of auto-enrolment compliance which enables her to provide comprehensive advice about statutory responsibilities to all our clients.
